Help me eat

I second saor's recommendation. Stews are the way to go. Braise a kg of chuck meat, then throw in the vegetables and brown them, then deglaze with some wine, then add your stock, water, tomato puree and herbs, and slow cook it for like 4 hours. It will last you a few days and will be delicious and healthy.
 
I eat low-carb every day: Coffee with coconut oil and butter for breakfast (five minutes). Supper is around 200 grams of protein and a steamed vegetable splattered with olive oil (twenty minutes). Not fancy, but I'm fed, it's cheap, and very quick.

And lunch?
