A disgruntled South African is so fed up with Eskom, that he has started a crowd sourcing initiative to take the power utility to court.

Eskom told government, so sue government.

Eskom can probably not be sued. I am sure there will be a number of acts protecting the parastatal against such actions. I see another money-making scam here.
