1. Update your meta tags with keywords related to your content, for each page.
2. Personally, I do not like a website that is written in the Times New Roman font. I prefer Ariel. It just reads easier, for me, it may not be for everyone.

3. It will be better to use a professional, with SEO skills.

Ok guys but if you read the whole thread you will realise that I did the professional thing already and I got screwed.
I promise I am not just lumping them all together, trust me i can't I am a financial planner and my industry is riddled with useless and dodgy "salesmen".
My problem now is time, this site has to be stress tested and running by 1 Jan.
Jucced seems to be a website guy and has pm'ed me saying he will do it as long as he can put a website made by link at the bottom. I
am quite happy to do this and chuck in R600 to his favorite charity.
Hopefully he comes through for me. If not I will take all the comments made here and fix the damn primary school website as best I can.

Very nice, big improvement!

Just fix this:

<meta name="keywords" content="joomla, Joomla" />
<meta name="description" content="Joomla! - the dynamic portal engine and content management system" />

Use keywords and description related to the content on your site.

Yes it's looking great!

I also have some suggestions:

Fix your meta data as previously mentioned.
Do a 301 redirect from phicapital.co.za to www.phicapital.co.za
Submit your site to the search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing etc... and Ananzi )
Start working on some back links :D

Good luck
