help needed > a BF3 rig (needs to run atleast medium quality)

which psu do you recommend for a amd x6 + 6990 ? im torn between Antec HCG ( High Current Gamer ) 520w ( 12v : 480w ) and then the Corsair GS600
you need a 700w psu
CORSAIR TX650M 650W
PC Power and Cooling Silencer Mk II 750W
Antec HCG 750 will do

Remember the Antec 620 is a older designed from Seasonic (its the Season 620 spu rebranded) which means it has 1 or 1pin pci-e connector. Why are you going forr such a massive card btw? What resolutions are you running?

Btw how did you guys get your sigs up? Can't find mine in the CP

well im doing some research for a buddy who doesnt know alot about pc hardware (yet he graduated from CTI)
and he wants to upgrade his 9600GT. He has atleast 1.5k pm to spend on whatever but this guy does not upgrade frequently so i figured if he gets a powerful card it will last him a couple of years and he doesnt have to worry about anything unlike me that grabs a special when i see one..

im only clued up with graphics cards up to the one ive got, i haven't actually showed any interest in the new ones because they are 1. way above my budget . 2. idk, just not interested ? yawn ... show me a 7 series :P

Since he likes guidelines, i have made him a upgrade path which he can use his cash on per month but the graphics card is last on the list atm as he needs the other parts first.

his resolutions are really low but they will be 1920x1080 after he has upgraded to a 24 inch . he is currently using a 15 inch lcd .... yeah i know...

As for the sig .... click USER CP > check under my settings on the left > edit SIG.
