Help needed form the gurus

Hit here, I's at this stage soooo frustrated with my ADSL line.

My problem.

I am a reseller and host about 60 websites.

Suddenly from last week I can't access those sites. ( a page takes about 10 min to load)

I can access the sites in question via Cpanel or my WHM panel, but I have to have access to the blog dashboards and that is almost impossible as it take forever.

The server Support people have gone thru everything possible,and say that the problem lies with my ISP.

I can access any other site at normal speeds, and everyone else can access the sites perfect as well.

My ISP is Telkom, and getting them to understand my problem has been unsuccessful to date.

They just check my line and says everything is perfect from their side, it must be the server where the sites are hosted.

I can access joeysphotography.co.za just fine.

I would suggest taht you try a different ISP account. Like give the WebAfrica Home ADSL account a try, which is free for 14 days: http://www.webafrica.co.za/home/adsl/trial/

Hello Albert

The problem is most probably not your own line or setup. Send your details (as per your post and add your account number or email address) to : [email protected]

If they don't respond send a message to user ranger : http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/member.php/30133-ranger

So how do I explain it to telkom so they can fix it?

Tell them exactly that! It works with other ISPs but not SAIX.

Your sites will load much quicker from any ISP if hosted locally.

Where is your server? I have my dedicated server with Afrihost at their data centre and get very good response and hardly any down time.
