Hi, I need some help please.
Here is my setup :
CellC speedstick, plugged into Trendnet 665 br3g router, with the high gain antenna from Poynting Direct connected to the speedstick. Since I got the Setup I never really had issues, got it all same time and think I was lucky. For the last 3 weeks or so I have been struggling to get HSPA+. Called the call center etc. no help.
Question: The antenna, it's mounted outside and I have line of sight to 3 towers and know of one also close by. I have tried to point it to all and have seen no change on signal. Is there a specific setup procedure to follow to get the gains that everyone is raving about ? It's like I have NO antenna as it makes no difference.
Also, did I go wrong else where on the setup?
I don't use the dongle straight on a laptop/pc. It only runs on the wireless and I use it to play online every now and then.
Will appreciate any and all help.
