Not a help with Online unless you try Sybaritic but Rectron has a Samsung E1920NR listed as 4 x 3.

Any specific reason you want a 4:3 19" screen and not something like a 16:9 22" screen?

Only reason is that 16:9 is for ppl watching movies on their pc.

No.

You can have two A4 pages next to each other using widescreen which helps depending on the work you do.

I'd say try getting a 16:10 screen.

I'm waiting for pics on a s/hand 4:3 from a forum member, but if i'm not satisfied i'll go for a widescreen 16:9. I can't spend more than 1K on a new monitor, but if i can get the s/hand 4:3 for a good price i'll take it.

It's really worth it to get a decent monitor if you're going to be using it for a couple of hours per day!

My pc stays on for about 16 hrs a day, but i do switch of the monitor sometimes when i'm busy with something else.

why go for a 16:9 if you are looking for a 4:3?

16:10 is what you are after - much better for productivity.

Yes 4:3 is what i prefer. After spending a lot of time yesterday looking at price and availability i saw that pricewise the 16:9 for R869 new is the only option to stay within my 1K budget.
