Help on CPU cooler please

Flame, maybe it is your power supply unit that do not supply everything in the box with enough power?

look at this guy. he used same cooler as me and overclocked hes phenom II x 4 to 4.8 !! , and the cooler kept cpu at 45 degrees....

That isn't a Phenom x4 CPU! That is an Athlon x4 with a lower TDP (100W)!

Ok my cpu is 120w 965 BE. Can 20w more makes 30 degrees more??? And nope, psu is yusa (or something like that) 750w , cost me R1000.

Yes, that 20W extra can make a massive difference.

I'm not sure how accurate it is (because my overclocked i7 940 @ 3.8GHz reported only 90W), but HWMonitor reported his CPU using 107W.

Ok thx pada. went to my it friend, he had 2nd hand cooler their on my pc now (with the new yellow fan of my new cooler)...this one i googled it now:
