help Option code 10

[3G turtle]

Hi guys

Requesting help or advice.
Tried loading an Option quad lite card on a Dell D510 notebook however it never picks up the sim went to device manager and there was a clash in the port's section.The Data card appears to show a error code 10 (com 6).
however there is no multifunction adaptors to change the resources.

any clues.

mmmm i remember sometime ago v3g went through this problem. now lets see if we can find it.
