Help please - Graphics driver !!!

Thanks for the response Jonny, but that doesn't help.

I've deleted/uninstalled the device numerous times, but still the same thing.

The PC is still fairly new and under warranty, I will phone HP.

Check the bios, maybe it's been disabled and won't accept the driver.

If you do reload the machine use the file and settings transfer wizard, works like a bomb.

Doing an image is also an option I guess.

Hello there.

New problem here.

Running onboard gfx (Geforce 6100 on a Gigabyte mobo), using 32-bit Vista on a 20" LG monitor. (L204WT)

I have the resolution set to the highest 1680 x 1050, have downloaded the latest drivers and yet many of my deskptop icons are not sharp. Also, along the edges of letter, like these I am typing now, there is often blurring(which comes up kind of blue in colour).

I figure this to be something wrong with the gfx and not the monitor.

Any ideas?
