Help this codger get split screen to work.

Morning all, just upgraded to El Capitan. I need to have a pdf page on the right to fill in and a price list on the left.

Been trying for days without any luck......................

Make the apps full screen. Use mission control and drag one of the full screen apps across the other.

Make sure your apps are up to date.
