have opened ticket, since yesterday afternoon 5 pm, pppoe dailed through, but no internet, sometimes with internet. have to dail again and again to get internet now, pls check asap
 
i have 2 here, mikrtok and sophos, both still give same issue until now, they were fine as well before i reported
 
again , after 1 hour this morning, if u don't know ,search mikrotik watchdog. if consist, no reason i should stay

There are constant drops on the line, which indicates some things.
Have you dialled PPPoE to the ONT?
 
no way to try with windows 11 pppoe, just not tried to connect
