Help wanted with Thunderbird Email programme

Can a member assist with the following.
My incoming emails are no longer in bold.This happened when I uninstalled and installed Thunderbird again.I lost my address book in the process.I am on Windows 10.
 
Which version of TB are you using? In future back-up your contacts for safekeeping.

Try using Google, there are a lot of solutions listed. Use "in Thunderbird new messages not bold" as search.
