GIMP - Resynthesizer plugin
I actually use GIMP, not PS (Yay free and Open-source!) and Resynthesizer is supposed to work like PS Content Aware except the plugin doesn't run on all versions of GIMP and the creator has stopped supporting further development on it.
Sometimes it gets it right, but more often than not Resynthesizer failed to do what I wanted it to. If I need to do that degree of editing, I use the clone and heal tools and manually do it. Takes a lot of time, but I'd rather do it myself than pay for Photoshop.

lol thanks but if you look you will see a lot of artifacts, this was done in gimp, copy and paste, no special tools used.
copy a small area from nearby area that matches where you want to replace, do this a few times and you can carefully brush out unwanted pieces.
If you took at the brown tiles near the security gate you will see the one tile grout line is not correct, top to bottom) was too lazy to rotate the piece i pasted, width of tile is also incorrect, also follow the line of the bar on the security gate, not quite smooth need to rotate the pasted piece a bit more.
With time you can make it nearly perfect,. I am an amateur in photo manipulation. You have to see a real pro in action to be totally blown away.
This is actually an easy one to manipulate, background is pretty consistent, you will have a lot more trouble if the other kid was in front of a tree.
