Help with Direct Dial Widget

Can't figure this out, have a number of direct dials on my main screen. All but one work as expected, press it and it calls the number. However for one of my contacts, if i press it it brings up the number and then i have to press the call button to make the call. Any one have any idea on why that is happening and how to sort it out

Is the number saved the same way as the others 082 123 4567 vs +27 82 123 4567?

Just checked, yes it is the same as the others, all stored in the format 082 123 4567
