Help with gold transfer - WOW EU

Hi all,

Ok. Before I understood how realms worked and which guilds were on which realms I created a Horde character on DaggerSpine which I now know to be a majority Alliance realm. I have a lvl50 character there with lots of gold which was given to me by some random player. I have about R2.5k gold there. Now that I understand more about the game I created a new Alliance Rouge character in Silvermoon. Would it be possible to transfer my gold to the new character? I would prefer not to pay anything in actual money but I don't mind sharing the gold itself.

You can use a Character Transfer as well as a Faction Change. I'm not sure if you can do both at the same time at adiscount, but using it separately will cost you 45 Euros, which comes out at about R430, currently. You also have to be at least level 51 to transfer 2.5k gold. Not the best answer but the only one I can think of that is completely legit in the TOS.

You can try looking for a player that you can trust and that has both a Daggerspine Horde character and a Silvermoon Alliance character and then use him to transfer the gold. I'm not sure how legit this will be according to the TOS though.

Why go through all that effort for 2.5k gold?

I make that in a day or 2..

But yes best way without paying for a server transfer is speak with someone that might want to some gold on that server and exchange for gold on your current server. Hopefully 1 day you could be able to transfer anything via your .battlenet account.

dropped on Wednesday for us seems to drop allot as every hunter in the guild that goes to farm rep got it by now o.0

It's eluding me, I did get the polearm yesterday at least, in fact, it dropped twice in one run and I was the only hunter in the group

Don't bother to transfer 2500gold. Unless you want to pay to move one of your chars over as well (then take the gold as a bonus with). The real money implication is just too high, when gold sites are selling 10k gold at half that price. Rather start looking actively on your new server's AH to see what makes gold, and before you know it you will have made a lot more gold than the 2500 you left behind.
My wife had absolutely no idea how to work the AH, but the last week or so she made about 15k just selling cloak enchants, for the hundreds of players that got their new cloak quest rewards.
