Help with internet

Everything works fine except on occasions i am unable to load websites. My downloads run fine but i have to refresh my pages constantly to get them to load.
I have tested my second PC and the same thing happens so it isn't the PCs.
Above are the stats from my router.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

IE is sometimes a pain at loading pages, and I would avoid Firefox, as its never been a great browser at least for me personally.

I rather stick with Chrome or even Opera, so you might want to give that a try as well.

Now all the browsers work. As if the reason is that it is just after 17H00?
 
Your line looks fine. Have you tried swapping the router out?
