Help with number

Anyone know how i can get access to the technical department of telkom ?

As i always get the same message (when phoning 0800456786) "We haven't received feedback from the technical department as to an installation date." This has been going on for two weeks now. Might not sound too bad, but there's a long history with telkom and my ADSL.

This is ridiculous. Any help with regards to a number or how i can be attended to asap ?

It's a myth, Telkom don't have a technical department.
 
my step-by-step advice:

1. grab a box of matches, a few dry logs and a blanket
2. go outside and light a good wood fire
3. use the blanket to send out smoke signals to your nearest telkom branch

this will be FAR more useful than phoning their call center!
 
Well, thankfully i am posting via my ADSL now. I wanted to speak to the supervisor (on thursday), and viola within a day, my ADSL was installed. It helps to go to management.
