Help with port forwarding

Hi

I am on Fibrehoods and Web Africa using the WebAfrica supplied TP Link AC750 Router.

The config seems quite simple and I have added forwarding entries in the Virtual Server Menu option but the ports aren't open. I can't connect via external network and also can't see the ports open on canyouseeme.org

I have done it successfully on ADSL in the past but just can't get it working on Fibre. Am I missing something?

Might be worth trying with another device and then escalating to WA. Have you tried a firmware update?

Remeber that with a DNAT you also need a firewall rule to allow that connection from internet > LAN some routers do implicit denies so just add a firewall rule from pppoe > DVR IP : PORTS you use
