cannot view my usage over last few months.. I have a 1 GB account, with 10 Gb local.. i suspect they have charged me for the 10 gb local access. Cannot check as the usage tracker seems not to be working??
Switch to Afrihost. They have a great Client Zone and an awesome usage tracker. They also offer some of the best ADSL prices around. You can view your data logs, topup, change your details, and do just about anything you need to with your account. Also, since Afrihost's upstream provider is IS, you can even check your usage stats from the IS website - http://users.isdsl.net/.
Telkom's usage tracker is so ancient, un-intuitive and lacks usability. It looks like it was designed by a BCom 1st year student. Just another one of the many reasons I won't use Telkom for bandwidth.
