Help with Telkom Line relocation

Hi
I have recently relocated, i notified telkom of my relocation and scheduled a technician to come out on 1st March to my new premises to setup my line. Its been 4 days now and i still havent seen or heard from the technician. I called telkom and they of no help whatsoever. All they saying is if no technician comes out must call back again. I have called numerous times from nin telkim calls and its beginning to be costly.
I am really getting nowhere with the the online call backs, online reporting and even the sales department.

Send a DM via their twitter account, their social media guys are generally way better than their call centres. Heads up ...also had a relocation of service done in Nov...since then they have only billed me for telephony service and not for my ADSL component. Numerous DMs, calls, faults, smoke signals...still no resolution.
