PLEASE HELP. Two online applications:

Numerous phone calls. No Twitter assistance. What do I do now?

I need two cell contracts finalised before Xmas!! New contract process usually takes 30 minutes .. now its taking weeks!
 
You might want to contact Telkom directly given their rep was last seen here back in 2017.

Try pestering them at a Telkom shop to help you out, if you live near one ?

That's what I would do, next.

It should get you interacting with a bot which will ask for the details, after which time you should get a human response.

I managed to a few years ago, when it was still Twitter-proper. Didn't get the feedback I was hoping for, but got it, nonetheless.

Have reached them on twitter, facebook, in store, phone and online and have only reached stupid people.

None of them are willing to escalate. I am opening two new contracts and it seems like they dont want my money???
