i need help with my adsl router, my computer can't recieve any data via the cabled network, but the wifi works, thats why im using my psp to send this message, oh by the way it's the router that telkom suply when you get adsl,

check the status of your connection or commad prompt ipconig /all. See if your being assigned a IP.

Check the physical network card status, green light/status/link light on.

Try another cable. check cable connections, are they plugged in properly.
