Day one would be the first time he made a Data Connection. AFAIK, itemised billing is open for both Contract and Prepaid, dunno about the cost of it though.
 
Thanx for responding. O k let me explain. I got my pc in May - it is on contract at vodacom. It is for private use only in other words I am not running a business. I am not very clued up yet but getting there slowly. It is a 1 Gig contract. My problem is that my bills every month have been escalating and I am being over charged. I need to get my history from the first month on my data usage - I can access my account but dont know where to find the data bundle information, in other words I need to see how much of my 1 Gig was used every month from the first month up to date.

You say you have a contract, which means you(should be) registered on Vodacom4me. If not, go to www.vodacom4me.co.za and register with the Cell Number of the SIM Card used for your 1Gig Contract.

Once registered, you can go to the "Accounts" section. There you will find a option to manage your account. Select the billing tab(i think) and select "Itemised Billing Report".

Or try contacting Vodacom Customer Care and have them email you a copy of the Itemised Billing.

Thanx. Yes I am registered with vodacom4me and I can access the account information the problem is I need to access the data - the gig usage - which I have now tried everything but cannot get to the data bundle information, which is the most important part because they bill you on what you used in the month. I will probably have to phone someone at vodacom to find this out - it is just such a mission to find someone on the phone who understands what youre looking for. But thanx anyway for your input.
