Hi Guys,

Does anybody have an email addy for somebody at iburst, besides the helpdesk email address. I've been trying to get some tech questions answered and can't seem to get any reply.

Also when i log into the support site with my username and password, it has me down as some ian fellow. Does anybody else have this problem?
 
if you are through tradepage then all (or most) accounts are on this Ian's name ... so don't panic :-)

I will suggest you phone them, email don't work at all ... I have sent about 5, none has been replyed to. Best solution is to get some automatic weapon (like AK47) and just show up at their offices ...

I am going through tradepage so that answers that one, thanks swordfish.
 
the problem is resolved from the 21st, your username will change from [email protected] to [email protected], then all bandwith you purchase will be put on your tradepage accout and you can change your name on the account to whatever you want
 
good luck with getting hold of them mate.. lots of people here have tried, with no success
 
i have never had trouble getting hold of wbs techincal people. even had a techie promise he would call me at 9pm and woe and behold he phoned at 9pm and help sort out an issue i was having...

i think some people are lucky and a vast majority arent... but from what i have seen and heard tradepage are an attractive option
 
tradepage do pick up the slack, thats for sure.

Now that they're getting in with WBS a little more and since they are the biggest reseller and do have the most clout maybe they could become a vISP and get us soem uncapped iBurst accounts, just a thought
