Long time user here (some might even say a fanbooi). A desperately needed feature for your Clientzone is the ability to allow multiple users to log into the same Afrihost account. Ever since you guys added random 2FA to the login process AND you stopped emailing invoices, it has now become a major pain-in-the-ass for our business. We need the ability for a few technical people to login to the account to view usage (across fibre, backup LTE, etc), diagnose problems, submit support tickets, etc. Additionally we need the ability for our finance team to log in to download invoices every month seeing as you no longer email invoices as an attachment. Everything is linked to my email address and 2FA details, so it is impossible for anybody else to log in and perform these functions.
On a personal note, my wife has her own Afrihost account where she manages the mobile sim cards for our teenage kids (they are all still on the legacy MTN sim cards), but there is no way for the kids to log in to view how much data they still have left or to topup their data themselves. She has to do this for them. It would be great you could add a user to the account with the ability to only perform certain functions and view certain products.
I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue. Is this functionality on your product roadmap? Would you even consider it?
