Airmobile accounting data buying problem

Afrihost/airmobile charges you from R5 to R50 admin cost when you make a payment mistake. I was charged Twice this just for making the mistake of paying from the wrong account! It's ridiculous, it's daylight robbery. It really feels like extortion to pay 50 admin fee which you don't always have! I'm very unhappy with the service! I can understand there must be a admin fee but at least R10! I really want to speak to someone in charge at least! This feels like milking the cow! And to think I just wanted to buy mobile data!
