Does herotel even still exist? I remember trying to access their Facebook account, but it was essentially a dead business profile. I tried to contact them but couldn't. We have been waiting for them for the better part of two years now and essentially gave up. Fact is, we are moving because of them. They are our only provider in our current area.
But because they promised but never delivered, I am not going to renew my lease contract. I rather move to an area that offers fibre, then live on my phone's data. MTN is expensive as is, and they don't offer good speeds. I was also unable to talk to anyone about their Wi-Fi service.
My now x-partner at the time tried and tried, but was unable to get herotel to do anything at all.
