I was a Hetzner client years ago. I have stopped using them and now I hear my data have being leaked from yet another service provider. My question is... Is there not something in the POPI act that compels a company like Hetzner to remove my information completely from the servers once I close my account with them?
Or is there a small tick box on the very busy form right at the bottom i.e. you have to actively opt out to remove your personal data.
