I placed an order with Hetzner for a server on auction last night at around 2am and I can't find any info on when they deliver servers via the rescue system. I am an existing customer and have a fully verified account, but this is my first server bought on auction.
From the email I received:
I understand that for manually checked orders (new accounts or customised servers) they deliver during office hours, does is also apply to existing accounts with standard servers?
I emailed their support shortly after receiving the email above but I'm yet to receive a reply. I'd like to know what their exact policies are so in future I can better plan purchased (last night was an impulse buy...)

The next step is to receive an order confirmation from us. If your order is a special configuration or if it is the first time you have placed an order, your order will be checked manually. This takes place during our office hours which are Mon - Fri 8.00 am - 6.00 pm. On receiving the order confirmation, your server will be released for installation and you will usually receive your server access data within a few hours. Special configuration servers may require a few days for completion.
