Hetzner DNS issues

I've hosted with Hetzner for close on 20 years. In the last two months, 3 or 4 domains' DNS records (all pointing to other non-Hetzner servers) seems to have been lost, and then a couple of hours later, the records all point to Hetzner servers.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Non-issue

That sounds like they saved your bacon, and pointed things like you needed them to point.

No. The records were correct for months, and pointing to a server sitting in the UK. Then all of a sudden, the records point to their servers, when I definitely did not change it.
