Hetzner IMAP and Apple Mac

I have a few IMAP email addresses hosted with Hetzner (SA). Of the three machines on the network, the one machine's email accounts are fine. The second machine's email accounts on the same domain, will have the exclamation mark indicating a connection error. The third machines email accounts will be greyed out. All these email accounts are different mailboxes on the same domain.

Hetzner say it's the ISP. But I have switched between my Telkom account and Afrishost account, and I get the same errors. Is this Hetzner?

I have other email accounts on different domains hosted elsewhere and they all work fine.

Try switching off the option to connect with SSL or with a secure password in Apple Mail.

SSL was unchecked. Authentication type is "password". Any other takers ...
