Hetzner not reading emails?

So I got an abuse notice yesterday. One of our users had a virus and was spamming. Hetzner sent me an abuse email which they asked me to respond to. I did. Straight from my Gmail account so I have evidence it was sent.

Today I get another warning that I havent responded to the abuse claim. I have responded now for the second time, but Im not convinced anyone at Hetzner is reading the emails.

Whats the best way to respond to these abuse notices with Hetzner?

You could also phone your account manager. Don't know if this applies only to Dedicated/CHS?
Even though Hetzner has their fair share of problems, they're always willing to send someone running to a server if needed.

For an abuse notice? Meh, this is going to be a small pain if this is the norm. I ****ing hate my phone.
