I have met several "managers" who insist that their "qualifications" are "for life", yet many go for "refresher" courses.
Yet IT Engineers need to "re-qualify" for new OS's, "other" software and hardware technology almost yearly .

There are hardly any worthwhile "journos" who actually can "qualify", with all their incorrect spelling, bad grammar and plagiarized text. Anywhere, anymore.

The problem is that the secrecy bill is only unconstitutional until the constitution is changed.

And while the ANC doesn't currently have the numbers they need to change the constitution now, if they cut a deal with the EFF, they will.

You can practice IT without re-certification. I am not certified, and I am allowed to use client networks running Linux and Solaris. I do have more than a decade of experience, though.

I am glad to know you support censorship of the media, though.
