I have been reading a bit about HGH...

I'm 1.73m and weigh 71kg. So Im quite slender.. lol.

I use whey protein as a supplememt but wondering if HGH could help build muscle.

IMO if your training intensity and your nutrition is right you won't need it. All I use is whey protein to help with whatever protein shortfall I have in the day and creatine and I've made significant gains

This is what I eat for supper

HGH done properly will make you beast son!

But then again... I only know a selected few who knows how to use it correctly

Unless you're aiming for a Mr Muscle title or something I'd stay far away from the dodgy chems.

From what I can tell...the guys that go all out tend to crash and burn anyway so rather aim for healthy steady gains.

Also...relax about the slender part...its a good spot to be in strategy wise...

I know a few people who take a lot of supplements and most of the have had organ issues. Personally I say just force yourself to eat more and get the right balance for you it will take longer and more effort but its much safer.

Eat a lot, work out/weight training. Supplement with weigh if u short on protein intake vs diet but watch cholesterol. 70-75kg is ideal for height btw.. I'm like 60-61kg :( same height. Use to be less..

Wrt supplement, ideally fix diet. Also those bulk up types generally just fatten you where as proper protein types just aid muscle dev so losing it after/muscle wastage takes longer
