Hi-tech courses fall short on work skills

WOW, you train them @ R44444 each, and then you support their business efforts for a year, and they fail, and now you want to support them for longer?

Next time, just give then R50000 each and send them away. People who don't earn their stuff do not appreciate it.

How do I get into this pie of happiness?

It is well known that 95% of new businesses fail during the first 2 years, and that is not the statistics for people who are school leavers and have gone through some training, but of experienced people.
The biggest probelm is usually undercapitalisation, e.g. it is said that if someone opens a new restaurant they should have enough capital to equip and furnish it, AND operate it for 2 years. Being able to cook wonderful meals is not good enough.
Although the restaurant trade may be extreme in its demands, something similar applies for most new businesses on a smaller scale.

WTF is a leanership? Is that even a real word. This PC cr@p is really starting to annoy me.
