Yeah, playing WoW on EU - since thursday my pings have gone through the roof, almost never under 1000ms, spikes like mad, rediculous packet loss at times... and not just wow, everything international is slow (well not downloading /browsing, just pings).
I was having problems since thursday trying to play guildwars - pings were at approx 500ms, with 10% packet loss and regular 3second dead periods. Suddenly at around 2AM the ping dropped back to the 400MS I'm used to, and the connection is stable again.
I think SAIX has definately been doing something regarding their packet shaping policies.

Ping to saix is fine, its just the game servers that are giveing me trouble
