Also getting bad latency and speeds on this side, since last night 041 367 exchange and on 4mb telkom internet.

Up to now, have been unaffected by these recent events in PE ; obviously hope this stays the same and Telkom keep me out of their sights !

I'm on that Theescombe exchange as far as I know, on a 2 Mbps line.

My ADSL line is with Telkom, but I use various ISPs, other than them - maybe that's the reason for others experiencing probs (Telkom as ISP?).

I simply took it from there as ''Bay City" + PE have a connection.

@zyro yup im also 041 367.. this is so annoying.. i messaged telkom, they said they tested my line and "the voice portion on the line results show a problem" and i asked can that affect my adsl and they said yes.. I always understood you telephone line as analog and your adsl line is digital and totally seperate from your telephone line? am i wrong? anyways they dispatching someone but i dunno.. what do i do if my internet is fine when he gets here?
