High Site space pricing

I was wondering what is the going rate for space on a high site. RF Radio equipment , wireless equipment (Sectors, Directional)
Does it matter what devices go up, or is it mostly about the size of the equipment

I used to manage 150+ towers for an ISP. The price varied from R300 per item to R1500 per item. It really comes down to three factors:

Location, location, location.

Some of it is covered by NDA so no can do there. Locations yes but also weight, type, popularity.
