Higher speed than ISP provided

And that is the reason I left rocketnet (although their network was better than Cool Ideas, felt like I moved back to ADSL when I moved over to Cool Ideas, speed is fine, everything just loads slower, the "snappy" feel when pages loaded was gone)

They accidentally billed me for a 4/1 while I was on a 20/2.... 3 months later got a big bill to say I owe them. Paid it and moved to Cool Ideas.

That sounds like a DNS issue not an isp issue. I am on cool ideas with vumatel and my pages load instantly

It's ok, but not as snappy as Rocketnet's network. Have you been with another ISP to compaire yours too?

I ping 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 and whichever is lower is use that as primary.

i have been with Afrihost and mweb before i moved to Cool Ideas
