Very high latency (700+) in the evenings from about 18h00 with download speed going down to less than 20KBps - at times the line is completely unusable.

Logged a ticket at Telkom more than two months ago and nothing has been done, every time I follow up they just tell me that the problem is at the exchange and that they are busy looking into it.

I have had tons of these problems where the internet just dies, got telkom out to do a full end to end test they cleared any little problem that there was. Have been fighting with mweb for the last week, they seem to think it is good to call you back after 2 or 3 days because by then the problem seems to have solved it self, but NEVER HAS. if they could only attend to problems when it happens they they would find the problems but they like to call their customers liars!!!!!. wonder if they know who pays their salaries (just a thought). Their managers don't talk to customers either, they get call desk operators to call customer singing a song which is very difficult to even understand (especially if you are a difficult customer). So log a fault call with them and keep on them, they are not so innocent at all (wonder what they are going to do when LLU comes in).

I have had degraded service since December 2015.
Having spoken to some neighbours, it would seem that it's the whole of Spata street.
The infrastructure is old and needs to be replaced or upgraded. I would like to request any feedback on this.
It would be brilliant if we could get ftth this year, but failing that the underground cables will have to be replaced.
