Hi guys it's time for Highway Africa once again, and Grahamstown is pumping, not as upbeat as the National Arts Festival, but it seems like there will be some interesting discussions - like the Zimbabwean Government's efforts to monitor and censor the web

The Highway Africa website is up and running, and a blog on events is up but will be updated once the conference gets underway from Sunday
