I have been so p*issed off with Sentech that when I was sitting at work I got bored and mailed Michelle Potgieter, heres the mail:

What I Wrote:

You and your entire company have got to be the most Idiotic bunch of f*cking people I must have ever come across in my life.
You and your fellow colleagues are the laughing stock of the Communications Industry.
I am a MyWireless 256K Customer. I must take my hat off to your guys at Sentech. It really takes some special talent to **** things up like you guys did. Well Done !!!!
From August of this year I have been paying R850 a month for a bullsh*t service like this. That's not on. I honestly don't know how to describe this situation. It's pure theft in every sense of the word.

Anyways I though I would let of some steam by telling you **** YOU. And hopefully you will fix the problem and stop all the lying, you making yourself look stupid.

I hope that they actually lay a law suite against me. Because then they'll have to foot the bill of the court fees and I can counter sue them and open a whole sh*t storm against them. But anyways thats only hoping.

I didn't realise they were you before, and changed from you to something else, and now going to revert to you again? I hope my speed doesn't go down again!

The email you sent was a little over the top though ;-)
 
either they will take you seriously and complain about your swearing ... or they'll jsut ignore it if enough people have been sending these kind of letters ...

Honestly i am more frustrated and filled with hate then anything else with these guys.
And i truly hope they take me seriously with the swearing, I would O So Love it to take these guys to court.

I agree to a certain extent... but when dealing with Sentech (or any oafish company) it's best to keep your cool and be calm about things. If you hadn't sworn, maybe you would have gotten a response from someone that actually matters (like Potgieter, although she does take her sweet time), instead of being shafted off to the "customer care department".

I've sent some extremely ugly emails to them. I've gotten personal and basically told them to go to hell and made them look forward to the trip - and I have informed them of how pathetic they are and why and so on. The only time I lost my cool was on the phone to some guy named Charles, and boy was it good to yell at him. But it didn't really help.
