Looking for a server that supports 'resume' and no torrents.

These days you gotta grab the "unofficial" releases through usenet or torrents,they got hassled for posting these on their website with all the "unlicensed" software

Apparently the Proteus remastered version of the CD is much better but it's 2.9GB! Anybody have a copy of it?
