Hiring foreign spouse

Good day All,

I work for a foreign company that wants to set up a branch in SA.

This would require me to bring my fiance back to SA, where she faces a problem getting work as a foreigner.

I would like to know if it would be possible for me to employ her in the company, or would it be too difficult and not worth trying?

I want to avoid a situation where she leaves a successful career abroad to sit in SA without being able to work or do business.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
