Hisense Free-Standing Cooker problem

We bought a Free-Standing Cooker (Model no:HFS905GES), and 1 year later the timer on the oven melted inside the unit, we had to bypass the timer to get the oven to work! And has worked well for a year or so. However now another problem arises, when we use the oven, the whole oven switches off every 3min, and switches on again after 5min, it shuts down so much that we can not use the igniters on the stove plates…
