Came across a video of a car punting a bakkie on a highway, resulting in the bakkie crashing into the barrier and flipping. Punter then drives off as if they'd done nothing more than cut into a lane, later boxed in by other drivers and presumably arrested. What charges does the driver face now? Does the charge change according to injury v death involved?
