Hmail Server Help Needed

Greetings from Tygervalley CT everyone.

We need some help and guidance and are hoping to reach someone who is well versed in HMail Server configuration and who wouldn't mind spending time with our devops team

We are running the Hmail mail server on a windows machine and we host about 60 diffferent companies emails on this server.

We are experiencing the following problems and are at our wits end in regards to solving them.

• Our SPAM levels are beyond a reasonable level
• The rules we have setup to combat spam are flagging legitimate emails as spam
• Clients are complaining that emails they send are not received by recipients
• Clients are reporting that people sending them emails are not being received

We are running WinClam AV and Spam assassin but they do not seem effective.

We outstourced to freelancers on peopleperhour.com and then to upwork.com but the problem was made worse and we were forced to restore old configurations.

The restore wiped all mail from the server and the clients using IMAP have no email history. fml!

We are chatting to our server hosting company to see if they have a snapshot of the server from last week but it doesnt look good.

Is there anyone in MyBB land who can come to our rescue?

We need help to ensure that HMail configurations are world class and am happy to cover costs.

You might be better off trying to contact hMail Server themselves for support and seeing where this gets you.
I understand you went the outsourcing route. If you are willing to pay for support and mention it to them, I'm sure they'd be willing to assist?

Have you tried using mailenable (free version) and taking our a subscription to magicspam, or why not get a reseller account with gphosting and they can manage the spam.

On the reseller account, you can manage all your domains (clients) and they will manage the spam filter.

That is how the company I work for manages it.

You will be far better off switching to a company like SpamExperts to manage your Spam for you..
