Hobby-X experience

First time we went, it was fun because son was young (5ish) and he was game for anything. He got some goodies at PnA stall, got face painted so happiness. He enjoyed so we enjoyed.

Nothing great IMO - unless you are looking for something specific. Model Train guys from Krugersdorp (if I recall) had impressive setup done by some ou toppies - they do it every year though.

Were there 'man' hobbies? Woodwork, metalwork, tools etc?

oh yeah, I spotted 2-3 stalls. I think they do publish a list of stalls on website or FB, close to event.
