Just did a quick look at the code after getting the usual

ITS SUCH A MESS HOLY HELL
 
Appointments are meaningless anyway. Like with driver's licenses, you get there and you stand in the same queue with the people that have no appointment. Zero difference. I have a feeling the people that come up with these new systems and procedures are out of touch of how it actually works on the ground.
 
Wish they could get this to work and push through with it.
Just get a decent IT team for all government services, it would be fantastic.

And where is the "PRETORIA" branch, Centurion?
